PVC sheet, i.e. polyvinyl chloride sheet, is a common and widely used plastic material. Its production process is relatively mature, mainly including the following main steps:

1. Raw material preparation: the main raw material is polyvinyl chloride resin, and according to the product performance requirements, the corresponding additives will be added, such as stabilizers, lubricants, plasticizers, fillers and so on. These raw materials need to be fine measurement, mixing, to ensure that the components in the subsequent process of uniform distribution.

2. Dosing and mixing: mixing all kinds of raw materials according to a certain proportion, this process is usually carried out in a high-speed mixer, to ensure that all kinds of additives and polyvinyl chloride resin are fully integrated.

3. Plasticizing and Extruding: The mixed materials are fed into the extruder for heating and plasticizing. Under the high temperature environment of the extruder, the materials are thoroughly melted and mixed well.

4. Plasticizing: The melted material is extruded into plates through the extruder's die. This process requires control of temperature, pressure and other parameters to ensure uniformity and consistency of the sheet.

5. Cooling and shaping: The extruded sheet needs to go through a cooling process to solidify and achieve the desired shape and size.

6. Cutting and Trimming: The cooled sheet is cut to length and width as required and the edges are trimmed to conform to the product specifications.

7. Surface treatment: According to the needs, the PVC sheet is subjected to surface treatment processes such as frosting, skinning, printing, etc. in order to increase its beauty and functionality.

8. Quality testing: We conduct various quality tests on the made PVC boards, such as thickness, flatness, strength, weather resistance, etc., to ensure that the products meet the relevant standards and customer requirements.

9. Packaging and storage: the qualified products are packaged, usually in plastic bags or cardboard boxes, and then stored in a dry, ventilated environment.

It should be noted that each link in the production process has an important impact on the performance and quality of the final product. Therefore, producers need to strictly control the process parameters and continuously carry out technological improvements and innovations to meet the ever-changing market demand.

Overall, the production process of PVC sheet is a complex and delicate process that requires a combination of multiple equipment and process technologies to ensure the performance and quality of the final product.
